DMCA Policy
Goldman Aktienprognose ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for counter-notifications concerning content hosted on our services.
We comply with the provisions of the DMCA, enacted in 1998, and will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to us. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Goldman Aktienprognose service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
To file a notice of copyright infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following elements (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusively recognized right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on our service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following elements (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Goldman Aktienprognose may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

Goldman Aktienprognose will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days of receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who filed the original DMCA notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
